I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice for 30 years and has helped over 3,000 clients make positive, lasting changes in their lives!

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fordham University's Masters of Social Work Program prior to going on to attend the Center for Addiction Studies and Research where I participated in a 350-hour credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counseling program and later became teacher certified in mindfulness and meditation through LFY.  Additionally, I have been trained in Restorative Practices through the International Institute for Restorative Practices and in Dialectical Behavior Therapy Practices through the Cognitive and Behavioral Consultants of Westchester and Manhattan.

I worked as the Director of Youth and Teen Services for a non-profit in Rye, NY for 23 years before heading to Fairfield, CT to provide Social and Emotional Support Services at a local area high school. I started a private practice in 2017.  In addition to these positions, I have worked with many organizations serving the elderly, those whose lives are in transition, and the migrant population.  Additionally, I volunteered yearly in Mexico for almost 9 years and have been recognized for my work both locally and county-wide in Westchester County, NY.

Questions to ask yourself before deciding to work with me...

1.  What specific goals or aspirations am I looking to achieve in my life?

2.  What are the key challenges or obstacles that have held me back from reaching my potential?

3.  Have I tried to address these challenges on my own, and if so, what have been the results?

4.  Am I open to guidance and feedback, and am I ready to make lasting changes in my life?

5.  What areas of my life do I feel most dissatisfied with, and where do I envision the most growth potential?

6.  Do I have a clear understanding of what kind of support I need?

7.  What are my expectations from a support system or mentor in terms of their qualifications and experience?

8.  Am I prepared to invest time, effort, and resources into realizing my potential?

9.  What role am I willing to play in the process of personal growth and transformation?

10.  What impact will all of this have on my well-being, health and happiness?
